This elixir is designed to naturally relieve common colds, congestion, and coughs. Coughing is the body’s natural instinct used to discharge mucus in order to heal. Better out than in! Over the counter cough medicines aim to suppress the cough, holding in the mucus, prolonging the illness. This expectorant loosens and thins the mucus so it can be easily expelled. It also helps relax muscles, relieve congestion, and ease body aches and pains, including sore throat and headache.
 
Ingredients:
MCT (coconut) oil, lemon balm, feverfew, meadowsweet, dandelion root, mullein leaf, peppermint leaf, turmeric root, fenugreek seed, monk fruit
 
Dosing:
Age 6 months to 2 years: 5 drops
Ages 3 – 6 years: 10 drops
7 – 12: 1 dropper
Ages 13+: 2 droppers
 
If the first dose doesn’t provide relief after 30 mins, take another dose, then take every 4 hours as needed. Can be taken as is, or added to your favorite tea, applesauce, or other beverage or food.
